2017 Honda Odyssey SE

I found Ivan through Facebook Marketplace listing for a Toyota 4Runner with an R title. We were a bit apprehensive about buying a car with an R title. He produced pictures and documentation to show us exactly what had happened to the vehicle and how his body shop had fixed the car. We drove 2 hours to see the car. We took it for a test drive, and he let us look the car over for as long as we wanted. It was in perfect condition with only 50K original miles, it looked brand new. Through the whole process he was very responsive and worked with us to help us get documents for our bank. He was very upfront and forthcoming. He had even had other people interested in the car and probably could have sold it before we even had a chance to see the car. However, he honored our place in line and held the car for us while we went through the process of securing the loan with our bank. As far as I’m concerned, I’d do business with him again and wouldn’t hesitate to send some to him. He’s direct and to the point and fair.

Ivaylo was patient and honest while we were test driving one of his cars. He was knowledgeable and open about the vehicle. He made time to talk to us, wasn’t pushy, and didn’t rush us. We enjoyed our experience.

Ivan gave me a great deal on a 2016 CRV. Communication was prompt and the vehicle was accurately described. His kids were hospitable and made excellent supporting salespeople.
