2013 Honda Odyssey EX

My wife and I bought a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. We absolutely love the car. It drives like a dream, and we love the wireless android auto. We can stream our favorite artists from amazon music while running the navigation. We both enjoy the car so much that we fight over who is going to drive it. Tim was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He listened to our needs and helped us select the perfect car. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service like this is rare now.

Fox Honda in Grand Rapids was outstanding to work with when buying my new 2024 CRV AWD EXL. I’m super impressed with the upgrades they’ve made to the CRV. I had a 2015 with the same trim (that was sadly rear-ended and totaled), and the 2024 updates they’ve made in safety, technology, elegant looks, quality materials, and added comforts are truly fantastic! I also appreciated the friendliness, knowledge, and no pressure sales by Brian Hicks at Fox Honda. When we later decided to pull the trigger and purchase, his communications and follow-up were stellar. Honda even delivered my new CRV to our home for free as it’s a bit of a drive for us (no added costs and no tip needed; I believe they do that for up to 65 miles away from the dealership). Thank you for organizing everything, Brian!! Mike did the delivery and was very professional, kind, and helpful. How the delivery worked was that he drove a work van, and another employee drove my new CRV (parked it in our garage for me and went into the van after delivering). Only Mike came in, took care of us signing the paperwork in 20-30 minutes, put my license plate on, and walked me through syncing my phone, the newer safety features, etc. My husband and I were also pleased to find out that Honda includes free oil changes and tire rotations for the first two years or 24,000 miles (just need to wait for the service light to come on in order for it to be covered). They also took care of the registration transfer, so there was no added trip for me to the Secretary of State (they even had the registration and my updated insurance printed for me in the glove box). It was all greatly appreciated! It truly was a seamless and positive experience. I highly recommend! (Photo is from after my home delivery. ????)

Best car buying experience we've ever had!! Brian Hicks was so easy to work with. Loved his no pressure approach. Because we enjoyed our experience so much we are buying another new car from Brian. We also sent relatives to Brian who are looking to buy a car. We've been recommending Fox Honda and especially Brian Hicks to everyone!
