*** Updated 4/12/2024 I just want to give another shout out to Basney Honda and my favorite technicians Austin Aufie and Curt Seufert. I’ve been going to Basney since 2007 and switched briefly to Jordan when my family member worked there and had a terrible experience. I have to say I have been treated with nothing but respect and honesty and I know with all the weird coincidences that have been going on with my tires and the TPMS alerts and my REAL flat tire that happened last Monday they don’t mind me coming in when they were SWAMPED today to check everything out and reset all the electrical systems and even show me a few things. THANK YOU! I know it may go off again but at least I know more about my vehicle and I’m doing the right things. Previously: I’ve been going to Basney for at least 17 years now the service department is great! I know I’m going to get honest advice. I love dealing with Austin and Curt. They are both very friendly and I know I can trust them to take care of me and my vehicle. Thank you Basney!
