Friday night my wife and I decide to take a drive to Waldorf Honda just to see what the lot looked like for the New CR-V Hybrid. We get there they have the exact color she is looking for. We had a 2019 HRV Touring and wanted to get the CR-V for the room for our two growing kids. Our family was outgrowing the small HR-V which was my wife’s first vehicle. Always got our vehicles serviced at Waldorf Honda since we are local and a Honda Family. Service is always awesome btw shout out to Robyn Stroud for always taking care of us and our vehicles. Anyway back to Friday night. Were approached by Jacob Parr a newer salesman to the Waldorf Honda Family. Jacob walked up asked if he can help us we were kind of hesitant it was late and didn’t wanna take up too much of his time. I did alot of research on the car and already knew all about it so not much for Jacob to try to sell us on. Jacob grabs the keys and a temp plate as were waiting gets a vehicle out the way and allows us to test drive mind you its an hour before closing. Still with the closing so close he took his time and still let us take it for a drive. We exchanged contact information and we went about our night. Jacob said he will reach out the next day. Jacob reaches out we were out running errands missed the call. He didnt leave a message because he didnt need too i reached back out and no pressure like other salesman at other dealerships which i found super refreshing as this is my 8th brand new vehicle so i have had my fair share of experience with greedy salesman trying to just get their sale. Stop by the dealership filled out our credit application and started on the sale and with some time we were able to trade in our car and make a deal. The team at Waldorf Honda were very helpful. Felt good to buy locally versus driving out to another dealership and chase the cheaper price with hidden fees across the board. Waldorf Honda was super transparent and once we were able to get the ball rolling the process was easy even on a Saturday with honda financial moving like Molasses. Thank you to Jacob for making the process easy and for Dylan Workman for making the signing process a breeze. Look forward to getting both my vehicles serviced here like i always do and Waldorf Honda Family for treating my wife and i like family. There was also A Woman new to guest relations that was also amazing and helped us as well i cant remember her name to save my life but she was too from NYC like my wife and I and the interaction was awesome. Will definitely be buying more vehicles from Waldorf Honda
