2012 Honda Odyssey EX

I have all good things to say about Seeger Toyota! I brought my new car in for its 10,000 mile service last week and was blown away by the kindness and helpfulness that I was shown. I was actually wondering how to possibly give them a review or public comment, but got busy and forgot. Then magically, this little box was delivered at our house with the most delicious cookies and a really nice hot/cold drink cup as a gift from Seeger. And it had this little card to scan and leave a comment. Ever since we showed up at the dealership to consider buying a Toyota (which we have never before owned) we have been treated wonderfully. Our salesman, Gerry Lewis, answered every question and helped us through the entire process. He has since also put up with my texts and calls regarding subsequent questions. Always helpful. We live about 40 miles away from the dealership, but I do travel to St Robert at least once a month for a hair salon appointment. So far I have been able to plan the 5000 and then the 10,000 mile service for the car on the same day as my appointments. Initially the dealership allowed me to take a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced. This most recent service, I tried to plan the service to be done before my appointment. I got a little nervous when my vehicle didn’t look like it would be completed in time for me to make my appointment. Much to my surprise, Ron, from the service department, offered to drive me to my hair appointment and then pick me up. I was stunned. I couldn’t believe he was willing to do that. It was so very pleasant and nice of him. When I was finished, he quickly came and got me and drove me back to the dealership where I retrieved my vehicle which was finished and even washed. I will recommend Seeger Toyota to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

Seeger Toyota was great. The sales people weren't pushy and the entire process went smoothly. We knew what we wanted and it took a couple months waiting for them to get it in. In that time they called and let us know when something interesting came in. When the vehicle came in we were in and out in about an hour with no last minute surprises.

If yall need a car Gerry is your guy!! He helped me through everything and in a timely matter. The whole team is professional! Gerry made this experience personable and professional.
