Jeremiah is very efficient at his job. I believe that goes above and beyond his call of duty to service his clients well. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism. I have been working with him for about a year now, since I moved last year from Santa clarita. I have had a greater experience with Jeremiah at this dealership than honda of valencia.

Great experience getting my car serviced at the new Van Nuys Honda location. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, plus there were donuts and coffee! But really, they had excellent areas for me to pull out my laptop and work comfortably with their free WiFi.

The new service center is very nice and room filled with snacks and drinks if you decide to wait. Jeremia was usually our advisor but he wasn't available once and Sylvia has been our advise for a couple of years now. She has been helpful in determining which services are crucial since we tend to be on a very tight budget, even providing parts numbers for items I can fix myself. She was able to check us in earlier than our scheduled appointment on our most recent visit and even let us know there are monlthy payment options available for our big service.
