2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES System

When I called about a vehicle that was on the lot I was told Thomas was on vacation. I said it wasn't a big deal and I was going to come and give a down-payment. Tom actually called me while he was on vacation and we made arrangements over the phone. We closed the deal when he returned. I am very impressed with Independence Vans, LLC.

Called and talked with the owner, Tom, and the guy really impressed me in just that short call. The car I wanted was already spoken for, and apparently he'd been inundated with calls pouring in, but he treated me like I was the first person he'd talked to. Incredibly personable and genuine, it was just radiating out of him. I have zero doubt this is a man I could trust. After glancing at some of his other reviews, it sounds like my experience was no fluke.
