I won’t buy a car anywhere but Findlay VW. This is the 3rd car that I have bought from them and every single time it is such a pleasant experience. Quinn is so helpful! Mitch was awesome. Zach helped the first time we came in. No pressure, all support and answering questions. Can’t say enough about Findlay VW. The first car I bought took some time. I had my young son with me and Quinn played pass with a football my son brought with him for over an hour. That’s the kind of service that you can expect from them.
We were helped right away, and were able to test drive the Volkswagen Tiguan. We worked with Jeremy and Mitch to make sure we had the best deal and the best on the lot. We will be recommending all of our friends and family to Findlay Volkswagen when they are looking to buy a new car.
Our TDI had a broken intake manifold that was causing regen issues and choking the car. We had driven from Canada and were on a fairly tight timeline. They got us in, that day for assessment, helped us get a deal on a rental, gave our kids VW sunglasses and had the manifold replaced the next day! Everyone was fantastic and very empathetic to a car load of very hot, tired Canadians. No extra pressure for other work, just did what we needed. Trip went great, in no small part to their help.
