2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L

Not too long ago I had a large fiasco with my previous car. It was stolen and parts were unfortunately robbed. It left me in a very distressed and panicked situation since I relied on my car to commute everywhere as I’m a college student. Luckily, my family had done previous business with the Arratia company and referred me towards this location, and I understand why they did so. Omar, one of the owners, was extremely helpful and calm navigating the situation alongside me. We negotiated a set price and made sure my new car that I had bought from them was set and running. As I’m unfamiliar with the process with buying a car, he guided me with much patience and came from a place of understanding. Not only did he accompany me in the process of getting my previous car, but he allowed me to set a price of what I’m comfortable paying monthly as well as reliably. This was an undeniable act of kindness and compassion that makes me want to continue doing business with them! Dylan, another one of the owners, has also been extremely kind and helpful. When my tires blew out and I had nobody to call, he came and helped me with my car and went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. When I am feeling unsure of a certain noise or feeling within my car he listens to me and makes sure that my car is suitable to drive before taking it back out on the road. This business goes the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied and reassured! I am so thankful to have done business with individuals who are so compassionate and care for their customers- they aren’t satisfied until you are satisfied. In a world full of shady businesses, I am glad my family knew of a trustworthy friend to aid in my difficult situation!
