Marcus, the salesperson was simply fantastic. He was patient, personable, thorough and just the right amount of persistent. I would recommend him to anyone in search of a vehicle. Anthony, the sales manager however, could use a bit of development in his people skills. When a customer (me) compliments the manager (Anthony) on one of their staff/sales persons (Marcus), you do not cut off the customer and say "I taught him everything he knows". Instead you should listen, appreciate the compliment of your staff and acknowledge the thought. He may have trained Marcus in selling cars, but not in people skills thankfully.
The sales team did an outstanding job, and really went the extra mile (literally!) for my recent Chevy Bolt purchase at F.H. Dailey. My sales agent Denny patiently answered all my questions and even offered to help me out by driving my new car along behind me, so that I could drop off my rental car at Oakland Airport that same day, saving me extra fees on my car rental! Z was able to secure me a car loan that had a lower interest rate than what my bank had offered me earlier that day, and Alvin clearly and patiently reviewed all the purchasing forms with me and promptly answered my follow up questions. I appreciated the diverse staff and down-to-earth vibe at the dealership, and never felt pressured in any way. It was clear they care a lot about their customers and go above and beyond. I'd highly recommend!
