2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L

Overall, a pretty good experience. I was able to get a pretty new car really quickly at a decent price. I’ve only put about 1,000 miles on the car, but I haven’t had any problems with it so far. However, please know that they may offer you to leave a review in exchange for $100 off the price of your car. This makes me doubt the complete validity of some of these reviews and wonder if some of them are the result of people feeling obligated to leave 5 stars because they received a discount. Not to say that the reviews aren’t authentic, but it’s definitely something I’d like to have been wary of and known beforehand. The only other thing is that it took forever to get my plates and registration (6+ weeks). Not sure if that’s because of Premier or the DMV, but it was frustrating.

Amazing experience buying a car! My wife and I have been looking at cars for two years and have only found cars in poor condition (for our budget) or gotten poor customer service. Premier Auto excels at both inventory and customer service! We were promised a car in good mechanical condition, they let us take it in for a pre-purchase inspection, and everything checked out except for needing new tires. We negotiated a little on price, and after buying the car they said “we’ll call you next week and put some new tires on for you.” True to their word, they just put four new tires on at no charge this morning! Great people work here and I would recommend this place to anyone!
