2012 Honda Odyssey

Darrin, Jennifer and Justin(?) were amazing. We found the vehicle in the online inventory and they had the car waiting for us when we arrived. No haggling, no up sales, just straight to the credit report and then financing. One of the quickest and hassle free car purchases we’ve ever experienced. This is the 3rd vehicle from Heartland for us. And we will definitely be back to see Judith.

Barrie took care of us and made the deal so stress free and easy. He has his team working together so well. As a group they communicate excellent they are very professional they think ahead. it truly was a pleasure to work with them. when you get such great service it makes a impression in a world where great service is no longer the standard. I felt cared for and well tended in this largest ever purchase made on my own. Jeffrey spent time with me answering questions, listening to and alleviating my anxieties with patience, exploring the options I was considering, even helping me by driving other car home on a dark rainy night with bad traffic so I could drive my car off the lot (adding an extra hour to his day after the dealership had closed!). And he was incredibly pleasant company. It takes a while to buy a car, and he found common ground for connection and humor. Others in the office such as the lovely woman at the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) and Austin from financing were supportive and helpful and pleasant to deal with . I’m so happy with my new beautiful car, which is perfect for me!!! I feel I have great support with the purchase too. I can reach any of them with questions should something come up.
