This dealership is a model of efficiency. Very well-run operation. I drove up from New York with my husband and son because they had a specific car I’d been trying to find for a while. When I first found the car, I got a call from Kelly, who helped me facilitate the sale almost entirely via text- this was extremely helpful as I am a busy mom. She went back and forth with her manager and provided a very reasonable out the door price. No haggling, no hassle. Kelly was so kind and enthusiastic. When we arrived, we worked with Donnie to finish the sale, and he was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly. We were in and out with our new car in no time, which was great after a pretty tough road trip up to Rhode Island. I highly recommend Grieco Honda! We are thrilled with the car. Thank you!
I’ve been in the market for some time now looking for the perfect vehicle.I noticed online Grieco Honda has a pretty large selection.So i figured I’d take a look myself and was assisted by a salesman name James Guy. Buying cars can be stressful,but he made the entire transaction smooth, no stress .He was very attentive to my needs, as well as extremely knowledgeable and i can honestly say i actually enjoyed the process.If you are in the market i suggest working with James professional is an understatement.John Ferrel the F & I manager was super helpful as well answered all my questions.I truly felt like my wants and needs were met thanks. Now I own a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport.
Greico Honda is an excellent place to purchase a new or used car! I bought my very first Honda Civic SI there in 2009 and had an great experience. Naturally, when it came time to purchase another, I headed back. I came into the dealership in April or May, "just looking". Dante was the sales rep that greeted me. He was attentive, he made an effort to really understand what I was looking for, and he wasn't "high pressure". He understood that I was not ready to buy that day and made the effort to keep in touch with me over the next month, sending me information on any new vehicles they got in, and explaining in full the details on all of the civic trim levels. Anytime I had a question, he got RIGHT back to me, and I did appreciate his efforts. When I was finally ready, he made sure I was able to test drive all of the models that I was interested in before I finalized my decision. It was definitely one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Dante took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and he understood that I was going to need a little time to do my own research before finalizing a purchase. He was an excellent resource during my car buying process and I never felt pressured. In addition, the experience with Sales Manager (Ricardo) and Finance Manager (also Ricardo) were equally fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Grieco Honda for your next purchase and I will most likely be back myself.
