Given that I was put in a bad spot, needing a car in the middle of the worst time to buy one, I was VERY happy to find Angelo at elite auto mall. Everything was very TRANSPARENT, professional, and friendly. The whole staff was. My new vehicle was completely cleaned and ready super fast. And they were super attentive and helpful with all the follow up afterwords. Very happy with my 2014 Acadia. This was after going to many other places with massive hidden fees, mark ups, and attitudes. (All the worst you’ve heard are so true). I am happy with their customer service. They help you from scratch, unlike other dealerships that base just on your income without getting different types of information.
