2019 Honda Odyssey EX

We have been buying and servicing our vehicles since the 1990s. Williamson Honda and now Honda of Lincoln are terrific! The sales person, Greg, is great to work with, always working to get you the best price. The service department is the best anywhere. From Jeff the service manager to the advisor like Jim, Sue, Darrin and Dave are second to none. You can always trust them to tell you what is needed and never suggest anything that doesn’t need to be done. They go above and beyond to help you through whatever your vehicle needs. Plus, they are all incredibly nice and have great attitudes. As Long as they are around we will continue to buy our cars there and definitely get our cars serviced there! Stan G

I had visited another dealership prior to coming here. The previous dealership was pulling high pressure sales tactics and made me feel disrespected so I walked out. On a whim I went to Honda. I worked with Scott and checked out a car that I immediately fell in love with. Scott did everything he could to make me comfortable and confident in my purchase, and it was clear that everyone here puts great care and attention to detail into their vehicles and customers. Thanks to Scott and the rest of the sales staff at Honda, I was able to trade in the vehicle I had loved for years to a Honda that I will love for years to come.

Our used vehicle was priced reasonably and they made sure it was in top condition before we left. The staff were all friendly and helpful--we especially liked Caitlin, who was our salesperson. Our rating is only 4 out of 5 because we had to wait an hour past our appointment time for the finance department to call us in and finalize the sale--and there was no apology from him for making us wait so long.
