2019 Honda Odyssey EX

They have friendly customer service representatives. They have a nice comfortable waiting area. They go over things needed to be done before doing them.

Check engine light came on while we were driving from Waikoloa to Hilo, called Aloha Kia Hilo, and ask them to check it out and they told us to bring it by. Fortunately no major problems, just reset some sensors, but also washed the car and then did not charge us anything. I would highly recommend them, they were very professional and accommodating. They did all of this despite a full schedule. THANK YOU
