This is the second car we purchased from Arthur Arakelyan. We drove back from Nevada to Burbank because we had such a great purchasing experience dealing with him three years ago. Although we now live out of State, Arthur was willing and able to deal with absolutely everything. He handled the entire transaction over the phone and had the car ready for us when we drove back. There were no surprises and we were able to sign papers and take possession of the new car, hand over the trade in and be back on the road in under an hour.
