2019 Honda Odyssey EX

This is the second car we purchased from Arthur Arakelyan. We drove back from Nevada to Burbank because we had such a great purchasing experience dealing with him three years ago. Although we now live out of State, Arthur was willing and able to deal with absolutely everything. He handled the entire transaction over the phone and had the car ready for us when we drove back. There were no surprises and we were able to sign papers and take possession of the new car, hand over the trade in and be back on the road in under an hour. The professional and efficient manner of Arthur and Vahe is second to none. The dealership is clean and welcoming and it was once again a very pleasant experience! We felt it was well worth the drive from Nevada to Ca. In order to feel comfortable and extremely happy. Arthur took the time to explain every step of the process effectively and professionally and in such a positive and friendly manner.
