It’s real hard for me to give a place like a car dealership a five star review, but this team earned it. From the moment we walked in, we met with positivity, and very little pressure. We were rushed, but welcomed. We were shown around the lot we were given the utmost attention in selecting our vehicle, and everything from the sales process to Harris in the financial sector, went swimmingly well. in fact, I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel.
Let's state the obvious first, most car dealerships are a total pain to work with, and that is also the experience I had when looking for a car for my mother in-law. They lure you in with a low price just to add a bunch of garbage fees once you ask for the out-the-door price. And here is where Dimitry enters the stage. I called him to inquire about a car they had on the lot, and luckily Dimitry provided me the out-the-door price without requiring me to be at the dealership. Of course, we disagreed on the price, but I told him what I want and how much I could spend. Over the next few days he called me with different offers, and after 4 days he had the car that I wanted for the money I had. We met the same day, I did a test drive, and my mother in-law bought the car. Imagine this, we did not do any of the typical "Let me go talk to my manager" theater play. It was the smoothest and best car buying experience I ever had so far. The price was negotiated before I even entered the dealership - the vehicle was ready and waiting for me for the test drive - after the test drive we signed the papers - done! Dimitry, thank you very much. You showed me there are still some decent and good people in the sales world. THANK YOU SIR!
This dealership is beautiful, & super well kept. Everyone was welcoming & the finance team was willing to help with numbers on multiple cars to try and come up with a great deal for me. I did not get a car due to wanting a different color but I worked with John W throughout the whole process and he was great. He communicated well & quickly. He was enthusiastic and kind, he worked hard to get me numbers that would be attainable & allowed me to look over vehicles as long as I needed. I will definitely keep this dealership in mind for any car needs & would work with John W for an honest & kind salesman.
