4.4 rating - I would highly recommend this dealership. I went Thursday evening right before they closed and 2 sales people were available to immediately assist me with looking at 2 cars. Both were very knowledgable in regards to what I was looking to purchase - i was looking for a Honda/Toyota safe, reliable, good gas mileage, low miles, & under 15k cash price. This team were quickly on it to help me find something! I let them know I was looking to purchase something for my teen. Without hesitation, they helped me identify 2 cars to test drive. Needless to say, I returned yesterday and made the purchase. Brayan was my primary sales person, however, everyone there was professional, friendly, and helpful. I had visited several other dealerships, test drove several cars, and this one was the best experience I'd had. Although I picked with them regarding the hospitality (which is the only reason my rating is a 4.4!), they each did a phenomenal job. I understand it is a small business but whoever makes executive decisions could identify administrative assistance to step in and help when sales/finance teams are busy. It would certainly make a difference. If haggling is what you're looking to do, this may not be the place for you! They will work with you the best they can and I must say, as the 2nd cash price car purchase I've made, it was easy, simple, and effortless. I am praying we don't have any trouble with the car in the near future!
