GREAT service department. Staff was extremely polite and the waiting area was very nice. They even sent me a video of the technician checking out my car and explaining everything while I was in the waiting area. Had an appointment they got to it on time it was fast. I was extremely pleased with the service. I did not buy my new Honda from Germain but I will be using their service department for all my car's needs in the future.
Sierra was THE BEST car salesperson I’ve ever done business with. She helped me narrow down my options with her knowledge on the different vehicle features and was not pushy with her customer service. While I was doing paperwork she was engaged with my kids and Ted did a fabulous job getting us out quickly.
