I had an awesome experience recently at Gerry Lane-(Florida location)! Sales ladies Daquayla Webb (DQ) and Keisha Smith were awesome, along with finance personnel Jerry Mitchell!! Daquayla Webb (DQ) made sure I received all discounts including the Medical Professional offer and I received good offers for my trade-ins!! They were very professional, patient and had all the answers to the questions I had. I am a VERY satisfied customer and absolutely love my 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe with 23 miles!! It was a steal! ???? On yesterday I arrived at service @ 9 am without an appointment for an oil change. I was advised that there could be a 3-4 hour wait. Since it was Friday and I had no appointment, I simply requested for the courtesy shuttle to bring me home. By the time Mr. Clarence pulled into my driveway in Zachary, I received a call informing me that my vehicle was ready. Hailey kept me abreast of the needs of my vehicle and the service was phenomenal. Best visit ever! NOW… if I can just get JOHN ROBERTS from the sales side to give attention to a matter that has been ignored for MONTHS, it would be great!
