2025 Honda Odyssey Sport L

There was an ignition issue with our new Chevy Colorado from Brent Brown Toyota. They offered to fix it, gave us a loaner car for a few days and paid for the repairs. It was smooth sailing and we weren’t out anything. Great job from our agent, Kyle and the crew!

Brent brown Toyota gives very good service. Their car mechanics are friendly and they work extra hard to let you know what they checked and how it went. They even sent me a short video and pictures of the inspection. I bought a new vehicle about two years ago which it still runs great. However I went to one of their salesmen appraisers and it seems my car's value has dropped faster than I was expecting. The value is now a few thousand dollars more than half of what I paid.

We had a great experience working with Brent Brown Toyota in purchasing our 2019 Honda Odyssey. We found the vehicle on KSL after our other vehicle tragically died with a cracked engine. (Do not buy a branded or totaled title not all things are disclosed apparently). Anyway, I sent a text to the Brent Brown Toyota group and received a text back from Sarah letting me know it was available and we could come and look at it the next day. Sarah was great to work with. She sent me several texts to keep me posted on where the vehicle was at and a good time to meet. After we purchased the vehicle she kept in touch with me as far as where we were with it detailing and the other things were waiting on before we could bring it home. Josue also assisted us in our purchase and went with us on our test drive, helped get us set up for financing and also kept us in the loop as far as the progress on getting the vehicle picked up to bring home. We also really appreciated Dallas in finance. I hope we won't be in the market for a long time for a new vehicle, but if we are Brent Brown would be our first stop. They have a great team to work with.
