Great customer service from Service Advisor John. Vehicle was taken immediately upon arrival. I recommend making an appointment too so the dealer can plan their day. Full disclosure on what was being serviced and kept me updated on progress. Reviewed serviced items in detail afterwards and status of brakes and battery. Wait time was very reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience at Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton, with Stephanie in particular. She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Keith, the manager went out of his way to introduce himself and chat for a bit. They were both great to work with. I could tell they both really care about their customers. I had my kids with me and they made sure they were comfortable as well with drinks and snacks, and even a little game! I thought that was cool. While I was in the finance office, the finance guy said, buying a car should be fun, not stressful. And my experience at Jeff Wyler was definitely very pleasant. I drove away in my new Integra feeling really good.
