We were simply looking to scope out different vehicles with an upcoming need to add an SUV to our garage. Drove down to take a look and any/all vehicles they had and was met by an extremely gracious Sales Professional named Mercedes. She showed us everything we wanted to see. Explained all of the differences in models, trims, engines and allowed us to take the vehicle home to ensure it fir within our garage. (when we bought our home, I missed judged the size and our boat would not fit) Driving the X7 back we were sold. It truly is a driving machine. With Mercedes’s explanations of all of the features, what to expect and ability to stand behind her promises, I would not hesitate for a millisecond to recommend any/everyone see he if you are in the market. Everyone else we spoke was nice as well but Mercedes is truly the cream of the crop and I can’t wait until we arrive at the point in the future where we work with her again on another vehicle purchase.
