2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L

Access & Location: fairly easy to get to and a great location Sales: Tez is a great salesman, he’s relatable and knows what’s on the lot! Very knowledgeable and respectful guy to buy a new SUV from! Service: Lace is a great advisor, she explains things well and is very reassuring! Great personality! Customer service: I know this is a new location, the service is definitely a 11 out of 10! They over exceeded my expectations from when I first pulled in. Signage is plentiful and in perfect location. The lady who open the service garage ?? that was unexpected and a wow factor! Refreshments: chips, water, granola bar, coffee..no complaints Restroom: spacious, though if a woman is well over 6’2 she MAYbe able to see over the stalls. Viewing window: large, bright lights, and spotless! You can see almost everything!

Jacob the service manager was the best I’ve had. Used to go to Hiley and I could never get an appt there or at Jerry’s for service. Had to book 2 weeks out. I was scolded by them for coming without an appointment at 7am twice. I made the appt the afternoon before and they had plenty. Not a 2 bay service department. Clean and huge! Window to watch the service and water, soda, snacks if you’re waiting. Great waiting area. Won’t think twice about going back and asking for Jacob. Even better, less expensive than the other two. Will not hesitate to look for my next vehicle there. If the sales team is half as hospitable as the service team, it would rank at the top of all dealers.
