The Service Dept. is absolutely top notch. Michelle, Whitney, Julia, Josh, Chris and all of the rest are outstanding! They are friendly and professional. They keep me updated on the status of my vehicle as well as explaining any issues that I might have. The technicians are excellent as well. They accurately isolate any issue I have with my vehicle in a timely manner. Neither the mechanics nor the advisors recommend anything that is not needed. As long as they are at Nissan, I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

First off, Steve Bristol should be the model for every sales associate in the business! A 10 is not a high enough rating to describe Steve. This is the third vehicle we have bought from Nissan Of Orange Park, with Steve handling all three purchases. Throughout each purchase with Steve, he has always been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and has never given the impression that he was trying to redirect me to a higher priced or different vehicle. He listened to what we wanted, then offered us suggestions as to how different vehicles would meet our needs. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and took plenty of time to explain all the features to us. Once Steve helped us find the best vehicle and it was time to make a deal, we always felt that he advocated for us with the sales manager and finance staff to get us the best all around deal that was possible while still looking out for the dealership as well. We got the car price almost where we wanted and the financing was a little better than we expected. We also have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff at Nissan Of Orange Park. They are friendly and helpful. Other sales associates would stop by to speak to us and make us feel welcome. Finance was easy and they were able to get us a good rate through Nissan. We also use the maintenance department and it is excellent as well! Nissan of Orange Park is an all around excellent dealership!!
