I worked with Zach. Zach is very knowledgeable and easily approachable. From the beginning of our search to the finalization of our purchase, Zach ensured that all of our questions were answered and took his time to explain everything. This was the first time in all my years as a Bergstrom customer that my car did not receive a complimentary car wash upon completion of service. I received a text that my vehicles service was completed and a message that stated “ All Washed Up And Ready To Go , Feel Free To Pay Online With The Link Above, Thank You”. So when I arrived to pay for my new tires and then got to my car I was shocked that it had not received a car wash. I didn’t want to be a “Karen” and go back in and inquire on the reason I had not received the wash so I just left and went paid $18 for my own car wash.

Dan was extremely helpful when buying my 2024 Tiguan. I’m absolutely in love with my new vehicle and he knew everything that I’d need for the vehicle (VW care) and a few other things to help me save $ overtime which is HUGE! This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from a Bergstrom dealership and the process each time has been so quick and easy. I will definitely be back for future purchases :)
