Expressway Toyota of Boston's Service Team was nothing short of exceptional! I had gotten two flat tires and Richard the Service Writer went out his way to send the shuttle driver to pick up my wife and four kids while I waited for a tow truck to come pick me up from the harbour. Once I had arrived, I was promptly attended to as I was there 30 minutes to closing. The entire team understood my needs as I was not from the area, and my hotel was an hour away.
