Overall, I had a good experience with the staff and buying process at Van Horn. I was maybe not the easiest customer to deal with. I don't part with my money easily and wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal I could on the car and my trade and Robert Johnson was very patient and respectful and did his best to make sure I was happy He also quickly shipped an item I accidentally left in the car I traded in, which had little real value but had alot of sentimental value to my wife and I. I would buy from them again if they happen to have a car I'm looking for, even though they are a 3 1/2 hour drive from my home.
I already know Van Horn s staff to be helpful and easy to work with at the Mazda location. Nissan s personnel was knowledgeable and able to help us find the best family vehicle. Robert worked with us, helping us to make the final decision about the car, after showing us all of the features that came with it. He explained in detail all about protection plans and gave us time to think when we had to "crunch numbers". Josh and Clarissa gave us all the information we needed in order to finalize. We were also introduced to the service and mechanics staff, very appreciated.
Our salesman, Dale Hansen, did a fabulous job of making my auto buying experience a great one!! He was friendly and patient and didn't pressure me at all! He made me his top priority for the day and helped me get the auto I wanted. He also followed up to be sure I was still loving it! I highly recommend giving him a call!
