I was able to get an appointment within three weeks online here thankfully! After calling San Antonio and even Austin Hyundai locations that are scheduled out until MAY 2024! My oil change and the recall for tow hitch took only an hour and 30 minutes so I didn't have to stay all day. The service drive is nice to be able to drive onto just a little confusing due to the construction. I drove to the side, but a sales lady pointed me in the right direction. Excellent service from Faith and Ray, Faith was polite and helpful, and Ray was knowledgeable in helping explain the recommendation needed actually based on the maintenance book from Hyundai. Manager is now a lady and she was also nice. They have a new crew and so much better now. Only thing I would recommend is to have a driver or shuttle service to go into town or back home. I also was able to schedule my next oil appointment and for them to look at my sunroof while I was there.
I would like to personally shout out Mr. Jason Marsh for his excellent service today. This is my first time visiting Steele Hyundai and Jason made my entire visit a piece of cake! Jason has a great sense of humor and took excellent care of me and my car. It is pretty great to be able to have such a fantastic experience your first time at a new dealership. I was blown away by the variety of snacks, tea and coffee as well as the stellar wifi. My appointment was a breeze and if I ever need anything I will look forward to coming back thanks to Jason's exemplary service.
I am very pleased with Steele Hyundai the more my sales person Marcus took a lot of time trying to find me the right vehicle for my price range. They were very sweet and this is my third time buying a Hyundai. I love them and I’m sure after this one, I’ll be back for another one.
