2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L

Had a great experience at DriveSmart auto, Ayyoub so was nice and helpful when it came to getting my first vehicle. This place is amazing because of the people who work at this place. This is an honest review and every single individual in that building was kind, accommodating and hospitable. I was first contacted by Ayyoub who gave me an offer on the truck I wanted to trade in.. after some back and forth he gave me his word that they would take my truck for a certain amount… on my way to drive up there the driveshaft fell out of my truck on the interstate and I had to be towed. I called Ayyoub and thought for sure I was done and they were done with any kind of deal. NO. Ayyoub made sure I was okay and he actually cared and spoke to the manager and said that we will still work something out and to just bring in the truck. I made the decision to have it towed TO THIER DEALERSHIP instead of a service center. After being in a car for hours that day my kids and wife came inside the dealership while we negotiated and every single person in their treated my family like their own. They even played with my kids and fed them while there. You will NOT find another place like this when it comes to the car sales industry. I walked away with them still taking my truck and sold me a reliable car that was safe for my kids. I highly recommend this place to any American who values true kindness and service. Natasha the finance manager and Ayyoub the sale associate worked with me the most but every face in that dealership today had a hand in blessing our family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Seriously. This place isn’t just about business and making a dollar- they’re actually about helping people and making a difference. You guys are all more than “car sales people”. I went and got my dream car a 2012 Mercedes cl63 AMG. Beautiful car the employees were amazing and helped me get exactly what i wanted. I love my new car and love this dealership and plan to only go here from now on anytime i need a car.
