2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES & Navigation

Thank you Jenny for helping my son with purchasing a vehicle! A friend of mine referred me to Melillo Motors and Jenny was the first point of contact. She happily greeted us and immediately assisted us. We told her what type of vehicle my son was looking for and she helped narrow down the search. Within a day, Jenny found a car that suited my son's style and financial needs. The car needed minor touches and with no hesitation, Jenny had the repairs fixed immediately. I was there as a customer making my car payment and watched the whole altercation with Samantha Riso and Jenny. The comments made by Samantha and her friend were the only thing unprofessional about what occured in the office. Jenny was very professional. The woman had no insurance and was driving with children in her car! The car was repode more than a few times. The woman was very threatening and called the police to be told she's in the wrong.

Every time i go there im in & out. Never had an issue with my car & if i do they fix it. Great communication & i always go here !! Jenny as well as the front desk associates are very good !!! Would recommend I’ve been coming in since 2013 !
