2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES & Navigation

This is my first time getting a car. 2nd dealership we walked into. First dealership didn't even great us if we need something. They were just sitting and waiting to be approached. So, we proceeded to go to this location. When we first walked in to the door, Alex greeted us with a huge smile, made us feel more welcome and comfortable (Impression is important to see if you are choosing the right dealership specifically if you are about to spend a huge responsibility. Providing value to customers is a must as this shows to a customer that we can trust the dealership). He just asked what particular car we looking for, from there he showed us the show room even give us the best recommendations. He did his best and use his experience to help us with what we really need and accommodate our budget (we seriously compare the prices we gather from every dealership and alex was just the best to beat it). He didn't put any pressure on us he was so open for you to make your choice. He gave us options of deals that are really hard to ignore, but still allow us to see other dealership if we aren't satisfied with the models we are hoping to get. After going around we found ourselves driving back to this place to sign the contract. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, his knowledge about cars and negotiation. He is incredibly nice. I never do reviews, but I feel like he deserves to be known for his great performance. if you looking for sales person in this place look for him.

We went into City Toyota on a few occasions to just look - the first time we went and talked to Randy Godoy , he took us up to the Tucoma as well as the Tundras - he was very knowledgeable And pleasant , answered all of our questions . A week later we decided to test drive both trucks , Randy wasn’t in but we were assisted by Aida Geojayan , she was great also . We decided to sleep on it and liked both trucks but thought the tundra was a better fit . We then set up an appointment to come in . They both offered expert knowledge of the trucks and were so helpful in helping us make our decision.
