2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES & Navigation

I bought a triumph Rocket 3 from brothers. They made me feel comfortable with the purchase. There were some small hiccups with the bike before I got to take it home, but Nico got issues resolved with no fuss, on the spot. I’m not always the easiest customer to work with but the team made a buying experience smooth, had all the expectations laid out very clearly, and was easy to work with. Jordan was the finance person who helped out on my purchase and he was great, very down to earth - quickly understood my situation and made and managed my expectations appropriately. I am happy with my purchase, the only recommendation I had - was I couldn’t test ride the bike I was purchasing, due to their insurance policy coverage at the time (which is subject to change). I would recommend brothers purchase insurance that lets folks ride before buying.

I purchased two bikes from brothers over the years and had great experiences. Two years ago I had a bad experience with one of the salesmen while trying to purchase an Indian Roadmaster. I refused to go back in until recently. I decided to give them another chance as I had the two prior deals that went well. I went in and spoke with Dave, Ian and another salesman whose name I cannot remember (I am not good with names, sorry brother) about my past dealings and they were very focused on earning my business back. I worked with both Ian and Dave and purchased a 2021 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse that I absolutely love. They both worked hard to get me on this bike at a price that both my wife and I could accept. Update: Took my Scout in for the break-in 500 mile service, Stage 1 intake upgrade and tune and just as previously stated 5 star service both in the shop and at the counter. Everyone there, regardless of what you’re there for treats you like family. You guys have it figured out, great team of folks. Just getting back into riding and purchased a 2024 Indian Scout Bobber from Brothers Powersports. Aside from a great selection the entire staff provides a unique experience. Ian was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed as if we’d know each other for years. Service and accessories staff on par with Ian. Finance followed suite with an exceptional experience.
