Found the car I was looking for online. I have never purchased a car out of state sight unseen, so was a bit nervous. Brett handled my purchase and made everything super easy. Flew in, signed papers, and was on the road driving my new car within an hour and a half. Brett had the car charged and ready to go with paperwork ready to sign. Made the whole experience fantastic. No back and forth haggling either. I laid out my terms early in the conversations and Brett made it happen. No surprises, No gotchas. I was very very pleased with my service. Desmond McCoy was a great help! He was quick, efficient, professional, knowledgeable on the vehicles and very helpful with finding a vehicle in my budget. Unlike most car places you sit there for hours on end, that was not the case with JT Auto. I told him my limits and he found a great car for me. The other staff there was polite as well. My husband had been looking for a Mustang with premium features for some time. We got lucky and found a 2015 Mustang online on JT Auto and requested a test drive. Due to the car being a Mustang, we had to prequalify first, then we would be able to come in for a test drive. We prequalified and the following day we went in for a test drive with Angel. My husband fell in love with the car and it had everything he wanted and more. The interior was in beautiful condition and it had ~60k ish miles on it. Once my husband decided that he wanted to purchase the car, Angel helped us with everything. She broke down the price for us and she even let us know that the monthly payment had the warranty included. She was patient and very conversational throughout the entire time we were there. We were having issues with our bank but they were patient and didn’t seem upset about the inconvenience. That I really appreciated. Everyone we spoke to and saw were friendly. The dealership is a nice and quiet place with a lot of cars on their lot. Once our tags were ready, they reached out and overnighted them to our house via UPS. Overall, we had a really great experience. I was hesitant at first because I am used to bigger dealerships but Angel and everyone at JT Auto made it easy and worry-free. I would definitely purchase another car from here again.
