Phenomenal. Blaze was the sales person that sold us the Kia. Such a charismatic character! He made this a genuine positive experience. Take a peek at all these sales person of the month trophies he has. That’s all I’m going to say, because I don’t want to ruin your surprise. Nora, at the front desk, is a warrior as well. She makes you instantly feel welcome. Not rushed or even annoyed. Sadly, that’s often the case with “Customer Service” anymore. If your car is going to be there a while for Service, a shuttle will take you to the shopping nearby Meanwhile, the lounge area has complementary snacks, coffee and water. Walker Kia, a pretty class act.
