2023 Honda Odyssey Touring

We bought a new Honda Pilot EX-L 2024 from AutoNation Honda Sanford two months ago, and overall, we’ve had a great experience with the dealership. Although we had already narrowed down our choices, we just went in for a test-drive. However, the moment we arrived, our sales consultant, Sergio, took great care of us. Not only was he knowledgeable about the brand, the different models and trim features but, he handled himself so professionally yet in such an approachable manner that we felt very comfortable and confident in making our decision. As a result, the negotiation was painless, without pressure and no trickeries. As a matter of fact, the whole sales team was very diligent and upfront about pricing, financing, warranty and insurance options. Surely, the whole process took us a while to complete but, we left the premises driving our brand new vehicle. Full Disclosure: Days after, we noticed a minor issue; nevertheless, as soon as we reached out, Sergio took ownership of the situation, and the service staff immediately took us in. Sergio kept us well informed and he went far and beyond to accommodate us. The service team was incredibly supportive, from Brian, to the technicians - such as Danny. We felt that we were in good hands, and they proved us right. Since then, we are still happily driving our Pilot; and so far, everyone that we meet at AutoNation Honda Sanford - sales, service, customer service, etc., at every level - consultants, technicians, directors, etc., is a pleasure speaking with. American Honda Motor has also assisted and followed up with our case to guarantee that we are satisfied with our purchase and the services provided.

I walked in to service my Crosstour and walked out with new CR-V hybrid. Sergio was honest, extremely friendly, and he went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy.
