From the moment I called about getting my vehicle serviced thru picking up the customer service was wonderful. The representative I spoke with to make the appointment was polite, helpful and accommodating. I was able to drop my car off early and that representative was patience and answered all my questions to make sure I understood everything. He also kept me abreast to the status of my vehicle. He even went as far as drive my car through the wash by me just mentioning my car was dirty, right before I was about to get in an drive off. This was one of the best experiences I had. Thanks and looking forward to come back for other services needed.
Sales person was very helpful...once deal was made everything began to take SO MUCH time to complete. Paperwork process needs to progress much faster. We sat for an hour just waiting to get into the office of the finance manager. Either streamline the process or have more than one person to process the finance paperwork.
I have never had a service experience like at West Broad Volkswagen. The staff was so friendly and polite. Everything was explained in detail. The lounge was very neat and clean. The timing was efficient.
