Recently visited Audi Fremont for oil change and a battery replacement. Online scheduling was a breeze, upon arrival check in is very smooth. Service Advisor Bryant Castaneda is very professional and personable. After going over all my vehicle concerns and noted it down, provided me with all the details of the service and timeline, I appreciate the transparency Audi Fremont Service Dept. Provides. I can tell Bryant is very passionate of the work he does and the knowledge of Audi cars as well of the services offered with our brief interaction. When the service was completed, I was properly notified which some dealership often overlooked. Little details such as requesting vehicle not to be washed does make a difference in what a customer’s request which shows that Audi Fremont is all ears, too often dealerships miss this ultimately reflecting the overall experience of the dealership itself. Prior departing the dealership Bryant went over all the services performed, checklists and any future items that may need to be address. He made sure any questions I may have left unanswered before leaving which is a good sign of a knowledgeable service advisor. Overall Audi Fremont continues to offer outstanding service along with higher standards of knowledgeable staff that sets them apart from other Audi Dealerships in the Bay Area.
