2018 Honda Odyssey Elite

I was a little hesitant after reading the negative reviews about this particular dealership, but I decided to go anyways because they had the truck that I wanted on their lot. Here's how my experience went: I went in, test drove the truck, 2023 Tacoma Trail Edition, and liked it. I sat down with Satnam Singh and we started to talk about the out-the-door price for the vehicle. Like many of the reviews, I was bewildered by the dealership markup. Although it took the entire day, I was able to leave with my dream truck at a price that I was willing to pay. Thank you Mr. Singh, Mike in finance, and the Lodi Toyota team for making my first dealership experience a memorable one.

I was In a horrible car accident in February. When car shopping Manuel V was absolutely amazing! Talk about a guy who knows his stuff. He went out of his way to make sure I was absolutely comfortable and really made sure I would pick a car that would still put me in a good financial spot. Miss carol in Finace was absolutely amazing , she helped me in more ways than one. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was take good care of. I ended up coming a cross some issues with the finance company manuel helped me every step of the way and helped me get my situation taken care of. Talk about great amazing customer service. And going the extra mile. I'm beyond great full for this staff who truly truly helped me and made me feel like family and gave me a wonderful experience.
