Charles is the most honest car dealership owner I've ever encountered. He promised me (with a handshake) that he would take care of my son's new Subaru tire sensors — install the part & calibrate them free of charge. Even when the delivered part wasn't correct, he literally used the sensors from HIS OWN similar vehicle to make good on his promise to me. Charles – you've just made a forever customer out of me!
