Just purchased a Z71 Tahoe with Ryan Richardson. I have to say, awesome customer service! Great follow up, answered all my questions, was attentive to all our needs. We had to order this vehicle, and during the process Ryan would call and keep us updated as to where it was in the delivery process, very appreciative of that. One super important but many time missed factor, he had great manners, something that is no longer stressed, but highly missed. Yes sir, No sir, yes mam, no mam….loved it. Kelly in finance was also very pleasant and super helpful to chat with and was very honest with us as to what warranties were the best ones for our needs. Thank you gentleman for all you did in makeing this a very pleasant buying experience. FYI, we never met either of these guys in person, we purchased all via phone and text. Even Jerry our delivery guy was amazing!

I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted when I showed up at Covert. Travis was amazing! He was patient and explained everything so clearly. Abbie in finance was also thorough and so kind. It was a great experience and I love my new Ford Explorer!
