Working with the management and staff at Weaver Brothers was a fantastic experience. They were courteous and truly helpful in the car buying process. Overall experience was short and good. Sales person was responsive and worked to find answers when unsure. Car was delivered on time and immaculate with the exception of a bird dropping that left a small but permanent stain on the paint finish. This shouldn’t be a surprise to a dealership with cars warehoused outside and can be avoided with more regular inspections and diligence to catching and cleaning the spots more immediately.

This was the most pleasant auto purchase experience I've ever had. 1. Friendly greeting when I arrived; 2. Was asked about my auto requirements including need to have and nice to have features. This was a welcome difference from other dealerships where the salesperson immediately jumps into "sell" mode instead of learning what was best for me; 3. Very knowledgeable salesman who had personal experience with the vehicles the dealer sold as well as with the vehicle I was currently driving; 4. Pleased with the pricing discussions. Salesman pointed out two rebate programs I qualified for (Veteran and Costco). I would have never known they were available; 5. Nice selection of vehicles including electric, hybrid, and gasoline power options; 6. Better financing rate than my credit union and bank; 7. No pressure explanation of extended warranty and protection plans plus immediate calculation of change in payment if selected; 8. Fast process once I selected a vehicle until I drove it home the same day; 9. Personal thank you from dealership owner before I left; 10.
