Recently left with a new Toyota, with actually an overall great experience. As a first-time buyer I went in with a lot of preconceived thoughts, but luckily the process was a lot easier than I have anticipated. I give the sole credit to my specific sales person that helped me, Taha. I came in twice trying to test drive and decide on what car I was in the market for and was stood up twice. Taha stepped up and was the only person I was actually in contact with. He took me through the test drive, explaining all the cars features and technology, and finally the numbers game. He addressed all my concerns and issues throughout the entire ordeal. Included it’s nice going through a sale having someone be transparent with you rather than forcing you into things you don’t need. Even after the purchase Taha’s dedication continues to show his outstanding care to make sure everything has been going well with the vehicle. He also went out of his way to get the car in pristine condition from the previous few days of it sitting on the lot. If you’re coming to AutoNation Irvine I’d recommend going and directly asking for Taha to skip the hassle of the normal sales experience. Final thoughts for this dealership: Ask for Taha, ask a lot questions, and sleep on it before making a decision.

Thankful for Stewart and him helping me and my girlfriend look for a car! We didn’t end up purchasing any but they walked us through the whole process and was super patient with us. He was kind and showed us all the different possibilities and cars that they had. We are super grateful for his time and for helping us see all our different options. Thankful for Trevor for appraising our car and being super honest with us too. He gave us good input on what to do and how to navigate that.
