We had the pleasure of having Lamar be our guide into the minivan world. He made it fun, made my wife feel super at ease and spent all the time she wanted to make sure she was comfortable with all the features. He never rushed her or asked like he had anywhere else to be. Came to Honda with one vehicle in mind and Lamar made that come true. He was able to put me in a 2021 Nissian Rouge that checked all my boxes! I looked at 3 total over the course of a month and thankfully, he didn't give up on me! He got me to exactly where I needed to be and was so patient with me over this month. Buying a car is pretty stressful, and we went to multiple dealerships looking at cars and had some really bad experiences before we stopped at Honda of Cleveland. From the moment we pulled in, it was such a relaxed experience. I actually was with my sister who was looking at trading in her Civic and had no intentions of leaving with a new car! Tyler was our salesperson and he was a no pressure guy very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the process. He went out of his way to explain how my new vehicle operated on the inside and took really good care of me. He has even offered to refill my gas tank next time I’m at the service department since I’m having to make a second trip there. How many salesman do you know that would do that?
