Had such a great experience with Livermore Honda and our Sales Rep, Sabrina, that we bought not one, but TWO Hondas from them in the past month! Bought a '24 CRV Touring in Canyon River Blue that they worked hard to source from a nearby dealer, then we followed it up with '24 Civic Si that they had sitting in their showroom. Our finance manager, Mozie, was also awesome to work with. This is the best Honda dealer to do business with in the Central Valley by far.
This review is for the Pre-Owned Cars department of Livermore Honda. It is based on my recent experience (in Feb 2024) selling my used car. I had listed my car (a 2016 Ford Mustang GT Premium M/T) on Autotrader in Jan 2024. After a month, I was disappointed that most of the responses I got were scammers reaching out via Autotrader promising to "send a certified check overnight" - a common pattern of "Overpayment scam". There was one genuine buyer who came down to see my car, but he could not meet my price expectations. A month later, I decided to visit local dealerships. I visited a few dealerships in Livermore and Plesanton, including Carmax. Livermore Honda gave me the best offer. Ross Dudnik, the Pre-Owned manager at Livermore Honda was a pleasure to deal with. He is a no-nonsense guy with a clear understanding of the market and what buyers look for in each car segments and brand. He appreciated my Mustang for what it really is, allowed me to shop around for offers from other dealers without rushing me, and at the end, he still honored his original offer. Another dealer beat his offer, but only by a small margin (probably because I told them what Livermore Honda offered). I reached out to Ross again, cos he was the first one to make a reasonable offer and unsurprisingly, he matched it, so I looked no further. The day of sale also went well - a short meeting with Ross, another quick inspection of the car, 30 minutes of paperwork, received the sale contract and I was dropped home. Ross called me the next day when the check was ready for pickup and I was able to cash it a day later. Overall, a pleasant experience with Ross and his team at Livermore Honda. I'd highly recommend them if you are in the market to sell your car. Cheers!
