Went in early today looking for a small car for my daughter. The gentleman wasn't trying to push me into buying something more than what I needed. He was polite and answered my questions and was very patient as it took a lot of back and forth sending pics to my daughter. She decided on which one she liked the most and we were able to make it happen. I left feeling good about the whole experience which hasn't been the normal for me buying a used car from a lot.
