I'm kind of torn on this review. As far as the buying experience, it was very good. My son had picked out a car he liked and test drove it. I couldn't see it until a few days later and test drove it as well (someone actually test drove it before me as well). Did not see any issues and proceeded to purchase the car. Sales staff was very friendly with no pressure tactics. Upon driving the car home, got a lower coolant warning 18 miles down the road. Was able to get the car home safely and sure enough, it has a coolant leak somewhere. Now, I have to wait a week to get the car to a BMW mechanic to determine the cause of the leak. In hindsight, I probably should have had a mechanic look at the car before buying, but that is hard to do in today's market as cars are being bought so quickly. I did not reach out to the staff with the issue because buying a used car is "as is" (and based on other interactions listed here). Overall, no issues with the staff during the buying process, just make sure you check out the vehicles extensively before you purchase. Update 6/23/23: Within an hour of this review being posted, the owner contacted us. They stated they could get the car in to a repair shop faster and sent someone the same evening to tow the car to the repair shop (at no charge). While in the shop, some additional items were found that needed repair. The owner offered a refund for the car, but since our son liked the car (and the fact that I hated the idea of starting to look for a car again) we said no. The car was repaired and the dealer paid for half the repair bill (which he was under no obligation to do). I have updated the review to five stars as Joye & Co. went above and beyond what I expected from a car dealer. Great job!
