2011 Honda Pilot EX-L

I found the used Toyota Matrix I was looking for on Facebook Marketplace posted by J & A Auto Repair Painting & Repair Workshop. They were very responsive giving me the car's VIN etc. so I visited them to test drive the car. Their shop is tucked away in a little back road on the outskirts of Durham, but their lot is full of cars so they clearly are getting a lot of business. Johana is the owner and she is also a certified auto dealer. She was fantastic to deal with. After we settled on a price she then offered to send a key guy to my house to make two spare keys at her expense. I also received a written statement offering to repair any issue the might emerge in the first 14 days of owning the car. I have bought many used cars from dealers and this is the first time one has offered to repair anything I notice after I've purchased the car. She was true to her word, and the next day the key maker called and came to my house and made me two keys for free. She then called me to make sure I was satisfied with his work and to ask how the car is running. She walked me through all the documents that required a signature and gave me a copy of all of them for my records. She takes care of the registration and all that. I recommend J & A very highly and I will definitely recommend them to my friends looking for a good deal on a used car. They are people you can trust and are very service oriented. It was a joy to do business with them.
