I had the best car buying experience ever with Travis from this location :) Due to unfortunate circumstances my car was totaled in January. I just purchased it in October???? The thought of going through a car buying process again was exhausting. I had been researching a specific car for a little over a month and hadn’t found exactly what I wanted. Sutherlin Orlando has a huge inventory to choose from and the exact car I wanted. There wasn’t any haggling or crazy negotiation with Travis either. I came in with specific requests and those needs were met and exceeded. Paperwork was ready to be signed in 45 minutes (and that’s including the test drive). I couldn’t be more thankful! Great service!! Jerry my service advisor was very knowledgeable. Transparent dealership you can see everything they are doing on your vehicle while you wait. I would definitely recommend them comparing to universal Nissan horrible service!
